Michael Hanahoe
As one of the longest practicing solicitors in Ireland Michael has an unrivalled knowledge of Irish criminal legal system and its constituent bodies and personalities.
Michael has previously served as a member of the Criminal Law Committee in the Law Society for many years, at one point chairing the committee. He was appointed to the Drug Court Planning Committee and subsequently the Steering Committee which incepted the innovative Drug Treatment Court Programme, aimed at rehabilitating people with drug addiction problems who came before the District Court on minor offences.
